Our restaurant is committed to serving traditional sushi.

Most of the ingredients we use are natural (※).

(※Due to the current supply situation, we use a small amount of farmed and frozen ingredients.)

We serve sushi honestly and without pretense.

We welcome single customers regardless of age or gender. (60% of our customers are singles, and 30% are couples.)

This is a rare restaurant that is visited by not only local regulars, but also regulars from all over Japan, and even overseas customers who want to know more about sushi. (Although the storefront is old-fashioned and unpretentious) please feel free to drop by.

We offer traditional Edomae sushi.
